We consider them as the most valuable part of our business, taking care of our vineyards takes the most time during the year and it only has a secret: the special care we put on it.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”50″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css_animation=”fadeIn”][vc_column_text]\n

Our vines can be classified according to grape varieties:<\/p>\n

RED GRAPES
\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Tempranillo or Tinta del Pa\u00eds:<\/strong>\u00a0Considered a main variety in Cigales DO, it occupies 85% of our production. Its main characteristics are excellent quality, very aromatic, colour (being responsible for the purple tones of the wines) and rich extract.<\/li>\n
  • Merlot:<\/strong>\u00a0coming from the Bordeaux region, it is excellent for aging wines. It represents 3% of our vintage (experimental variety)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    WHITE GRAPES
    \n<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Verdejo:<\/strong>\u00a0It occupies 5% of our production. It is used with a mixture of other varieties to obtain ros\u00e9, adding its aromatic potential and brigthness.<\/li>\n
    • Albillo:<\/strong>\u00a0Used in the elaboration of ros\u00e9, as its must is very sweet and aromatic, adding a great fineness to the wines.
